Located in the Fort Stevenson State Park 3 Miles South of Garrison, the Fort Stevenson Guardhouse Interpretive Center is a replica of the orginial military guardhouse that was lost when the land it was standing on was flooded by the formation of Lake Sakakawea.  The Guardhouse holds artifacts, memorabilia, and history of Fort Stevenson and the Missouri River.  The attraction also features a full size three inch rifled cannon.

Heritage Park and Museum has uniquely preserved the history of Garrison and the surrounding area.  Begun by the Heritage Park Foundation, Heritage Park and Museum features a train depot constructed in 1905.  The depot houses the renovated living quarters of the depot agent and also serves as a museum for period items from Garrison's 100-plus year history.  The park also features a country school, a country church, telephone office, two fully furnished homestead houses, and a log cabin.  The park also provides visitors with three picnic shelters.

The North Dakota Fallen Firefighter's Memorial remembers and recognizes all North Dakota Fallen Firefighter's whom have been killed in the line of duty.  The Memorial features a front stone honoring all firefighter's as well as three flagpoles holding a United States Flag, North Dakota Flag, and a Fallen Firefighter's Flag.  Behind the stone are two granite pillars that bears the names etched of each ND Fallen Firefighter.  Located on the South side of the North Dakota Firefighter's Museum.

Visit the official firefighter's museum for the State of North Dakota.  Located in the middle of Main Street, the North Dakota Firefighter's Museum's mission is to perserve and present the storied histories, rich traditions, and heritage of firefighting, firefighter's, and the fire service within this great state.  The museum features records, artifacts, and memorabilia from across the state including two vintage fire trucks.  The facility is an attraction for all ages and includes bunker gear for children to become Junior Firefighter's.

The North Dakota Fishing Hall of Fame is located in Garrison and is housed at North Country Marine & Motorsports.  The Hall of Fame is home to a variety of artifacts and memorabilia of North Dakota Fishing.  It also features photos and biographis of members whom have been inducted into the Hall of Fame.
